1. Register on-line – it takes only 2 minutes to do
- Provide your name, role and contact details
- Provide information about your company and the IFS software used
Your registration will come to our E-Helpers who will validate the data provided. Our E-Helpers may phone you to complete any missing information.
2. Receive your login details
- Receive an email from our E-Helpers to confirm your request
- Wait until the information provided is moderated and validated by our team
- Receive your personal login and password. Passwords can be changed or reset once you login
3. Use the E-Helpers portal
- Request a quotation from E-Helpers for a single issue
- Request a contract to assist on a number of IFS issues
- Review IFS knowledge base
- Join the customers’ forum
If you are an IFS consultant and want to be part of the E-Helpers team
1. Register on-line – it takes only 2 minutes to do
- Provide your name, address and skills
- Attach your CV and availability details
We will contact you to discuss your IFS capabilities, support experience and core competencies.
2. Receive your login details
- Receive an email to confirm your request
- Once the information provided is validated and conditions of mutual agreement discussed, you will receive your personal login and password
- Passwords can be changed or reset once you login
3. Use the E-Helpers portal
- Get quotations for remote support
- Get access to customers’ IFS servers
- Review and update knowledge base
- Invoice for work done
- Manage work done to IFS customers
