Our customers have different needs depending on their IFS journey. Some of our customers have been using IFS for a long time and they only need some basic technical assistance when things are not working (e.g. can’t complete month-end due to blockage in purchase vouchers) whereas others may need comprehensive assistance for a wide range if IFS related issues and services.

IFS Strategy: We provide independent advice on how to implement, upgrade, rollout and/or support the IFS software via structured as-is and to-be assessments of the business and IT landscapes. This covers the business and IT strategies, business processes and the culture and skills of the end users. We help our customers with their business cases, evaluation and selection and the development of roadmaps and change programmes.
Project Management Support: We provide the customer with project management support to help them shape, plan, mobilise and deliver their IFS solution. These solutions vary in scope and timelines depending on the size of the organisation, number of users and number of modules implemented.
IFS Issues / Defects Assistance: We provide independent advice on how to implement, upgrade, rollout and/or support the IFS software via structured assessment of the business and IT landscape covering strategy, processes and people in conjunction with the IFS software scope in mind.
Super / Key Users Support: We provide the customer with independent and skilled project management support to help them shape, plan, mobilise and deliver specific modules (e.g. HR) or implement, upgrade or rollout the full end to end solution.
