AMEL has been awarded a management consultancy assignment to help a global (non-profit) organisation with its HR improvement and transformation.
- Review current (as-is) HR processes and requirements;
- Define future HR vision (to-be) and enhance relevant processes;
- Develop tailored software evaluation and selection framework;
- Identify and engage suitable vendors and 3rd parties;
- Engage and mobilise the internal and external stakeholders;
- Validate and challenge proposed HR software requirements;
- Assist the senior executives with tool selection decisions;
- Document and present options & recommendations; and
- Develop roadmap and action plan post the selection journey.
